Tata Motors launched a new range of bus chasis which promises better fuel efficiency.

Tata Motors on Tuesday launched a new range of bus chasis which promises better fuel efficiency and lower maintenance costs.

“In a scenario of rising fuel and input prices, this range offers better fuel efficiecy and lower maintenance costs, resulting in higher profitability to the oeprator,” company executive Director (Commercial Vehicles Business Unit) P M Telang said.

The new Super Milo range is available nationwide in two variants -City and Highway and both are powered by BS-II compliant 697 TCIC 130 HP engine.

The new range will offer 8-10 per cent fuel efficency, the company said.
