SSC stenographer result 2016: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the results of Stenographer under Grade C and D examination at ssc.nic.in. The commission had conducted the examination between September 11 and September 14, 2017. Candidates who have appeared in the examination can now visit the official website to download their results. As per the SSC results released by the commission, a total of 173 candidates have been cleared for an appointment. The exam for the post of stenographer was held over a period of two hours. The exam will carry total marks of 200. The question paper will have 50 questions on General Intelligence and Reasoning carrying 50 marks, 50 questions on General Awareness carrying 50 marks and 100 questions on English Language and Comprehension. There will also be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

“In the result, 205 candidates were declared qualified for Document Verification for the post of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and 1,713 candidates were declared qualified for Document Verification for the post of Stenographer Grade ‘D’. Finally, 173 candidates have qualified for the post of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and 1043 candidates for the post of Stenographer Grade ‘D’, ” as per the commission.

2. Then click on the link — STENOGRAPHERS GRADE ‘C’ & ‘D’ EXAMINATION,2016 DECLARATION OF FINAL RESULT.
3. In the new page, click on the first link that says– STENOGRAPHERS GRADE ‘C’ & ‘D’ EXAMINATION,2016 DECLARATION OF FINAL RESULT-LIST OF THE CANDIDATES RECOMMENDED FOR APPOINTMENT FOR THE POST OF STENOGRAPHER GRADE ‘C’.
4. A pdf file will open.
5. Check your name in the list.
6. Save and take a print out for future reference.

Earlier, the non-technical Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) recruitment exam results have been declared by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) at ssc.nic.in today. The SSC MTS 2017 exam was conducted in the months of September and October 2017. Candidates who appeared for the exam can visit the official website to check their results once it has been released by the commission.

The organization works with the Government of India and recruits staff for several posts in the various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India and in Subordinate Offices.
