Budget 2018 to focus on infrastructure, look at private capital to fund affordable housing

In Budget 2018 Finance Minister Arun Jaitley will most likely allocate more spending towards sectors such as infrastructure, roads and railways, affordable housing and rural development, to create more jobs and reduce rural distress, says Gaurav Karnik of EY.
