Bollywood actor Sohail Khan, brother of Salman Khan leased a commercial property for three years in Bandra. One of Mumbai’s most upscale areas, Khan has rented out the space to The Irish House Food and Beverages Pvt Ltd. for five years. The original price of the property was just above Rs 3 crore, is now set to earn him Rs 10.34 crore in five years.

The rent-agreement as per documents from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) revealed that the property was located in Gasper Enclave. Sohail Khan’s shop has an area of nearly 1,300 square feet. The agreement which has been signed is for 60 months. The five year period was commemorated by a stamp duty of Rs 2.67 lakh from the parties involved.

As per Sqaure Yards, the real estate platform suggests that the lease deal comes with a gradua increase. For the first 3 years, Sohail Khan is set to receive Rs 16.89 lakh per month. It will gradually increase a lakh for the remaining time frame. Khan’s total earnings are estimated to cross Rs 10 crore over the half-decade lease.

Amitabh Bachchan has purchased four commercial units in Oshiwara for Rs 7 crore each in August 2023 and earns a whopping rent from last month’s deal.

His recent real estate investment suggests a strategic move to diversify his income beyond cinema, ensuring long-term financial stability.
