Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) are set to battle Mumbai Indians (MI) on April 4 at the Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow. The toss will be held at 7 pm and the match will commence at 7:30 pm. Both the teams have lost two out of three games in this IPL season, so tonight’s game is definitely going to be a crucial match in terms of who will move ahead on the points table.

Speaking of the last games, MI won their last game against KKR whereas the LSG faced a crushing defeat from Punjab Kings. Playing on their home ground, the Lucknow Super Giants will certainly be under pressure to win this match. Another factor to look out for is Captain Rishabh Pant’s performance, who is also getting slack for being silent with his bat even after being paid a whopping Rs 27 crore this year. On the other hand, MI is expected to show more confidence since they have registered their first win in the last game.

LSG vs MI IPL 2025:Pitch Report

This pitch at the  Ekana Cricket Stadium has traditionally been bouncy as well as supportive of pace. We can expect the pitch to play slow in the middle overs, so spinners are also expected to chip in at that point. The Pacers will have less margin when it comes to seam, but with some variations, they will have to work towards winning the game. Batters might face the challenge as the pitch is bouncy, but apart from that, this could be a high-scoring match. The toss-winning team will look for bowling and will try to restrict the opposition to a lower total.
