Maharashtra Assembly Budget 2024-2025 Live Updates: Cut in diesel, petrol prices

The Maharashtra government has announced a reduction in the value-added tax (VAT) on fuel in the Mumbai metropolitan region, which will lower petrol prices by 65 paise per litre and diesel by Rs 2.60 per litre.
