Sanjay Dutt is celebrating his 58th birthday today and it seems like the perfect moment to recall some of his best dialogues which stayed with us. Sanju Baba started his career at the age of 22. Since then, the man has seen several ups and downs in both public and private life but has always bounced back. Dutt made his Bollywood debut with Rocky in 1981 and he was soon the box office king with his 1982 film 'Vidhata' which was the highest grossing Hindi film of the year along with 'Main Awara Hoon'. Munna Bhai: Life mein jab time kam rehta hai na … double jeene ka, double. (When there's less time in life, live double.) Munna Bhai is one movie which took the Hindi Cinema by a storm. Even though Sanjay Dutt was seen in a 'goon' avatar in the movie, he taught the audience how to love. The movie, directed by Rajkumar Hirani released in 2003. It had a budget of Rs 10 crore and went on to make Rs 24 crore at the box office. (Bollywood Hungama) Khalnayak: Insaaf na kanoon de sakta hai na police … agar koi insaaf de sakta hai … to ek insaan dusre insaan ko de sakta hai Khalnayak, a 1993 was directed by Subhash Ghai. It released in 1993 and made 21.5 crore on the box office. Dutt is seen doing a gangster role in this film. The movie is also remembered for Madhuri Dixit's iconic number 'Choli ke peeche'. Nominated under 10 categories, it won two awards. The movie was recieved so well by the audiences that it was remade in Telugu. A remake of 1990 film, Agneepath was directed by Karan Malhotra. The movie was an instant hit and made a box office collection of Rs 115 crore in India. Sanjay Dutt was much hailed for his acting skills in the movie. He plays the antogonist Kancha Cheena. Saajan is a 1991 romantic drama directed by Lawrence D'Souza. Other than Sanjay Dutt, the film also had Madhuri Dixit and Salman Khan. The film released on 30 August 1991. Sanjay Dutt, in this movie unveils his soft side. He is seen as a poet and a romantic soul. Saajan was a huge hit and went on to become the fifth highest grossing Hindi film of the 90s decade. Vaastav, a 1999 film was directed by Mahesh Manjrekar. The movie is based on Mumbai underworld and has become a cult film. Well received by critics and audiences, the movie became the 14th highest grossing Bollywood film of 90's.
