The limited edition features ambient lighting system that adds to the flavour of the elegant inside the cabin when you listen to your desired musical tracks. There is further branded mats that are made from premium fabric which further gives an enchanting look. The LED scuff plates on the door along with the roof wrap with matte black adds to the overall elegance of the car. Other additions include chrome inserts on fog lamps, tailgate and taillamps. Under the hood, engine of the car remains the same with a 1.5 litre 16V K9K diesel engine that has a displacement of 1461cc using four cylinders. The power generated as a results stands at 83.8bhp @ 3750rpm while torque generated is 200Nm @ 1900rpm. The engine as expected is mated to a 5 speed manual transmission system with disc brakes for the front wheels and drum brakes for the rear. The SUV is not shabby when it comes fuel economy with a mileage of 20.45kmpl for highways and 17.2kmpl for cities. (Car Dekho)

The automaker would be hoping to generate some positive reviews through this new launch as all has not been good for Nissan in recent times with the firm along with another popular car maker Toyota being forced to recall millions of cars due to faulty airbags. Both the car makers use Takata airbags who expressed concerns for the deployed airbags and sensed some kind of abnormality in their execution. According to the car makers these faulty airbags in their worst case scenario can lead to possible injuries for passengers in the front seat along with the driver. (Car Dekho)

Some of the Nissan models that were impacted by this recall include X-Trail, Sentra compact and Caravan Van, which though are not retailed in India. All these cars were manufactured and assembled within the period of 2004 and 2007. The Japanese automaker Toyota on the other hand faced a larger recall of nearly 5 million vehicles out of which 1.4 million vehicles were recalled in Japan alone. (Car Dekho)
