India Inc’s top executives continue to command hefty pay packages, though the number of CEOs earning more than Rs 50 crore has declined. In FY25, only 13 CEOs crossed the milestone compared with 21 in previous years, according to data from Capitaline. Leading the chart is Sandeep Kalra of Persistent Systems, whose compensation rose 93% to Rs 148.1 crore. He is followed by Pawan Munjal of Hero MotoCorp and C. Vijayakumar of HCL.
