Tesla opened its second Indian showroom on August 11, 2025, at Worldmark 3 in Delhi’s Aerocity. Following the debut in Mumbai just a month earlier, this new retail and experience centre marks a key step in Tesla’s expansion across India, showcasing the Model Y electric SUV and supporting a growing network of Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. Situated near Indira Gandhi International Airport, the 8,200 sq ft showroom offers visitors a hands-on look at Tesla’s latest products, purchase options, and next-generation electric mobility. This gallery captures highlights from the launch, the showroom’s features, and Tesla’s vision for India’s electric future. (Photo Source: Official X handle @Tesla_India)

Tesla is also offering its Fully Self-Driving (FSD) capabilities in the India-spec Model Y. However, there’s a catch. This system is only offered as an option at Rs 6 lakh on top of the vehicle’s price. While FSD isn’t yet fully enabled due to India’s regulatory framework, the vehicle includes Autopilot features like Autopark, Smart Summon, Traffic Light & Stop Sign Control—with future updates planned via OTA software upgrades.
