Rescue crews spread out along the swollen Guadalupe River in central Texas on Saturday morning, racing to find more than two dozen missing campers and residents swept away by sudden, powerful flash floods. Kerr County Sheriff Larry Leitha confirmed that at least 27 people, including nine children, have died. Authorities have yet to determine the exact number of those still missing.
