As the fans of Indian Premier League participated in the first-of-its-kind election to watch their favourite players in the field this season, two Indian players one each from star and uncapped category has topped the list. In the star category, Ajinkya Rahane, who played for Rising Pune Supergiants team in Season 10, emerged as the top choice for Delhi Daredevils with 41% vote. Among players in the Uncapped category, Krunal Pandya emerged as the top choice for Mumbai Indians with 49% vote.
