The Manglam Group on Thursday announced the launch of Manglam Signature Elite. Situated at the prestigious Narayan Singh Circle in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with seamless connectivity to all city roads and essential facilities, this retail-cum-commercial project offers spaces for premium corporate offices and showrooms.
It is a Rs 150-crore project with 168 units spanning 310,000 sq ft and has dedicated 3 floors for retail and 10 floors for corporate offices. The project encompasses three basement parking levels, a swimming pool, and a fully-equipped gymnasium for the professionals working in this exclusive space. It also has the provision of 100% power backup, concierge corner, fiber-to-the-home technology, clubhouse, and mobile booster.

With 75% of the project area already booked, Manglam Signature Elite has garnered significant attention from businesses seeking a premium and centrally located retail and commercial space. The available spaces range from a starting area of 735 sq. ft to a maximum area of 20,000 sq. ft, providing flexibility to businesses of various sizes.
Manglam Signature Elite has already signed a leasing agreement with Westside, a leading apparel retail chain from the Tata Group, for the ground and first floors of the project. The project is expected to be completed by June 2024.
