This upcoming week, from January 19 to January 25, will be packed with action, featuring one mainboard IPO, three SME IPOs, and several others continuing their subscription periods.

IPO to watch in the coming week

Mainboard IPO

Denta Water IPO

The mainboard IPO, Denta Water IPO, is set to open on January 22, and close on January 24. The company was established in 2016, and specialises in water management infrastructure, including groundwater recharge projects. The issue size is Rs 220.50 crores, with the issue price fixed at Rs 294 per share.

The Denta Water IPO will be listed on BSE and NSE with the tentative listing date scheduled for January 29. The IPO is being managed by SMC Capitals and the registrar is Integrated Registry Management Services.

GMP: As per the latest trend, the GMP for Denta Water IPO is Rs 45, suggesting a potential listing price of Rs 339 per share.

SME IPO

CapitalNumbers Infotech IPO

Opening on January 20 and closing on January 22, the CapitalNumbers Infotech IPO offers a fresh issue of shares totaling Rs 84.69 crores, with an equal amount coming from an offer for sale. The price band for the issue is set between Rs 250 to Rs 263 per share. This issue is valued at Rs 169.37 crores, consisting of both fresh issues and an offer for sale, with price band set between Rs 250 to Rs 263 per share.

CapitalNumbers Infotech is a growing player in the IT and software services industry, providing web development and digital marketing solutions.

GMP: The shares are trading at a premium of Rs 90 in the grey market, indicating a potential listing price of Rs 353 per share, as per the current update.

Rexpro Enterprises IPO

Rexpro Enterprises IPO opens for subscription on January 22, and closes on January 24. This is a fixed-price issue at Rs 145 per share, offering Rs 53.65 crores in total. Rexpro Enterprises, based in Vashi, manufactures furniture and fixtures for various retail segments.

GMP: As of now, there is no grey market premium, suggesting a listing price in line with the issue price of Rs 145 per share.

GB Logistics IPO

GB Logistics IPO, another key SME offering, opens on January 24, and closes on January 28. The company is involved in logistics and transportation, and the issue will be a book-built offering with an expected issue size of Rs 24.58 lakh shares. The price band is yet to be announced.

GMP: As the price band is not yet disclosed, there is no grey market premium available at this moment.

Ongoing IPOs: Subscriptions continue

Stallion India IPO

Stallion India IPO opened for subscription on January 16, 2025, and will close on January 20. This book-built issue is valued at Rs 199.45 crores, with price band for the IPO at Rs 132 per share.

GMP: The GMP for Stallion India IPO is Rs 42, indicating a potential listing price of Rs 132 per share.

Landmark Immigration IPO

The Landmark Immigration IPO, also open for subscription from January 16 to January 20, is a smaller issue with an offering size of Rs 40.32 crores. The price band for this issue is Rs 70 to Rs 72 per share. Landmark Immigration offers services in immigration consultancy and related sectors.

GMP: The GMP for this IPO stands at Rs 18, suggesting a listing price of Rs 90 per share.

EMA Partners IPO

EMA Partners IPO, which opened on January 17 and closes on January 21, is offering a price band of Rs 117 to Rs 124 per share. The company is involved in the management consulting space, offering services to businesses globally. The price band for the IPO is set between Rs 117 to Rs 124 per share.

GMP: Currently, there is no grey market premium for EMA Partners IPO, indicating a potential listing at the upper price of Rs 124 per share.

Upcoming IPO Listings

As the IPO market remains active, seven IPOs are scheduled for listing next week, spanning from mainboard to SME offerings.

Laxmi Dental and Barflex Polyfilms are scheduled to list on January 20.

Kabra Jewels and Rikhav Securities is set to list on the NSE SME segment on January 22, 2025.

Stallion India and Landmark Immigration is expected to list on the BSE and NSE on January 23.

EMA Partners NSE SME will be listed on the NSE SME segment on January 24.
