October is bringing more than just festive cheer to investors. The much anticipated Tata Capital IPO will open on Monday and the LG Electronics IPO is scheduled for Tuesday.

In fact, the primary market is set to welcome at least five new IPOs, and over Rs 27,000 crore is set to be raised in just 1 week.

That’s not all. 29 companies are lined up for listing, making it a jam-packed week for stock market enthusiasts.

Mainboard IPOs

Tata Capital IPO

Tata Capital, the non-banking financial powerhouse, will open its Rs 15,500 crore IPO from October 6 to 8. The price band is set at Rs 310–Rs 326 per share, with a lot size of 46 shares. Moreover, this will also be the largest issue so far in 2025.

This is a mega issue totaling 47.58 crore shares, split between a fresh issue of 21 crore shares worth Rs 6,846 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 26.58 crore shares.

Tata Sons is selling 23 crore shares via OFS, while International Finance Corporation will offload 3.58 crore shares.

LG Electronics India IPO

LG Electronics India’s IPO opens October 7 to 9, aiming to raise Rs 11,607 crore. Unlike Tata Capital, this is an offer-for-sale only, with no fresh issuance.

LG’s South Korea-based parent will sell over 10.18 crore shares at a price band of Rs 1,080–Rs 1,140, with a lot size of 13 shares.

Rubicon Research IPO

Rubicon Research, a pharmaceutical formulations company focused on innovation and R&D, will open its IPO on October 9 and will close the three-day window on October 13.

The Rs 1,377.50 crore IPO consists of Rs 500 crore in fresh shares and Rs 877.5 crore through OFS by promoter General Atlantic Singapore RR Pte Ltd.

Anantam Highways Trust IPO

The infrastructure space sees a new entrant with Anantam Highways Trust, launching from October 7 to 9. The Rs 400 crore issue is priced at Rs 98–100 per unit.

The InvIT aims to raise capital to fund loans to its SPVs and for general purposes.

SME IPO

Mittal Sections IPO

On the SME front, Mittal Sections will open its IPO from October 7 to 10, raising Rs 52.91 crore via fresh issuance of 37 lakh shares. The issue is priced between Rs 136–143.

The company manufactures mild steel and structural steel products. This includes bars, flats, angles, and channels.
