After a busy week of new offerings and market debuts, the primary market shows no signs of cooling down. The coming week from November 10 to November 14 is expected to be equally action-packed. The week will see three mainboard IPOs and two SME issues opening for subscription, while seven companies are gearing up to list on the bourses.

Some major IPOs from the previous week will also continue their bidding phase, keeping Dalal Street buzzing with fresh market activity.

Let’s take a look at what is lined up in the IPO calendar next week –

Mainboard IPOs opening for subscription

PhysicsWallah IPO

One of the much-anticipated issues of the week, PhysicsWallah IPO, will open for bidding on November 11 and close on November 13. The Rs 3,480 crore issue includes a fresh issue of Rs 3,100 crore and an offer-for-sale worth Rs 380 crore.

The price band has been fixed between Rs 103-109 per share. Post allotment on November 14, the shares are likely to be listed on November 18. The IPO is being managed by Kotak Mahindra Capital, with MUFG Intime India as the registrar.

Emmvee Photovoltaic IPO

Another key issue hitting the Street is Emmvee Photovoltaic, a solar energy solutions provider. The Rs 2,900 crore IPO includes a fresh issue of Rs 2,143.86 crore and an OFS of Rs 756.14 crore.

The bidding window will be open from November 11 to November 13, with the price band set between Rs 206-217 per share. The company plans to list on November 18. JM Financial is the lead manager, and Kfin Technologies is acting as registrar.

Tenneco Clean Air India IPO

Rounding off the mainboard line-up is Tenneco Clean Air India, which will open its Rs 3,600 crore IPO for subscription on November 12 and close on November 14. Unlike others, the entire issue is an Offer-for-Sale by its parent, Tenneco Mauritius Holdings, with no fresh issue component.

The price band has been set at Rs 378-397 per share, and listing is scheduled for November 19. JM Financial is leading the issue, with MUFG Intime India as registrar.

SME IPOs opening for subscription

Mahamaya Lifesciences IPO

Among the SME offerings, Mahamaya Lifesciences will launch its Rs 70.44 crore IPO on November 11, closing on November 13. The issue includes both a fresh issue and a small offer-for-sale component.

Workmates Core2Cloud IPO

Another SME issue joining the queue is Workmates Core2Cloud, opening for subscription on November 11 and closing on November 13. The Rs 69.84 crore offering consists of a fresh issue worth Rs 59.34 crore and an OFS of Rs 10.50 crore.

Ongoing IPOs continuing from previous week

The mainboard IPO of Pine Labs, worth Rs 3,900 crore, will move into Day 2 of bidding on November 10. Meanwhile, three SME issues – Finbud Financial (NSE SME), Curis Lifesciences (NSE SME), and Shining Tools (BSE SME) will also continue to accept bids during the same week.
