Unisem Agritech has launched its SME IPO to raise Rs 21.45 crores from the public. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of 0.33 crore shares. The company set the IPO price band between Rs 63 and Rs 65 per equity share.
The SME IPO will close the bidding on December 12. The allotment for the SME IPO is expected to be finalised on December 15, while the listing on the exchange, BSE SME, is likely to be on December 17, as per the tentative schedule.

A retail investor needs to apply for a minimum of 2,000 lots of 4,000 shares, amounting to Rs 2.60 lakh. The minimum lot size investment for a High Net Individual (HNI) is 3 lots of 6,000 shares, totalling Rs 3.90 lakh.
Unisem Agritech IPO: Objectives of the issue
The company will be using Rs 11.06 crore out of the total raised funds to meet the working capital requirement. Apart from that, the company will use Rs 5.75 crore to repay borrowings. The remaining will be used for the general corporate purpose.

The company reported a net profit of Rs 4.27 crore in FY25, a growth of almost 100% YoY. The company posted a net profit of Rs 2.15 crore in FY24, Rs 1.32 crore in FY23, and Rs 1.30 crore in FY22.
Unisem Agritech’s revenue rose to Rs 58.38 in FY25, up 16% YoY from Rs 50.31 in FY24. In FY23, the company reported a revenue of Rs 38.94 crore, up 15% YoY from Rs 33.91 crore posted in FY22.
