Regaal Resources listed at a premium of 38.2% at Rs 141 on the National Stock Exchange. The stock hit the BSE at a premium of 39% at Rs 141.80. 

The company raised a sum of Rs 306 crore from the primary markets. The issue was a combination of fresh issue of 2.06 crore shares aggregating to Rs 209.99 crore and an offer for sale of 0.94 crore shares amounting to Rs 96 crore.

Regaal Resources IPO: Subscription status

The IPO was subscribed 159.88 times on the final day of bidding on August 14. The issue received 335 crore bids for the offered 2.09 crore equity shares. Regaal Resources IPO’s Non-Institutional Investors portion was subscribed  356.73 times, receiving 160 crore bids for 44.9 lakh shares. The issue’s Qualified Institutional Buyer section was subscribed 57.75 times, receiving 114.58 crore bids for 60 lakh shares.

The retail investor category of the IPO was subscribed 57.75 times, receiving 60.63 crore bids for 1.04 crore offered shares.

Regaal Resources IPO: Price band and allotment date

Regaal Resources IPO set the price band at Rs 102 per equity share. The IPO opened the bidding on August 12 and ended on August 14. The allotment for Regaal Resources IPO was finalised on August 18.

Regaal Resources IPO: Lot size

The lot size for a retail application was 144, amounting to Rs 13,824. The lot size investment for a small NII was 14 lots of 2,016 shares, summing to Rs 2 lakh, and for a big NII, it was 69 lots of 9,936 shares, totalling Rs 10 lakh.

Pantomath Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd. was the book-running lead manager of the issue, and MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. worked as the registrar for the IPO.
