In the ever-evolving landscape of workplace dynamics, Utkarsh Jain, the Co-Founder & CEO of Veris, stands as a trailblazer, leading a company that is revolutionizing the very fabric of work environments.
How did Utkarsh come up with Veris
Veris, a Workplace Management Cloud, originated in Utkarsh’s extensive experience as a third-time founder, having previously built product companies for Connected Automotive, catering to industry giants like BMW, Daimler, and General Motors. His global exposure, with visits to over 35 countries, revealed the stark reality of outdated and uninspiring office interactions. This realization sparked a conversation with co-founders Aastha, Anoop, and Vaibhav, leading to the establishment of Veris with a clear vision – to bring innovation, excitement, and efficiency to workplaces worldwide.
Post-pandemic, the work landscape underwent a monumental shift, necessitating the adoption of hybrid work models. Veris recognized the challenges and embraced the transformative power of AI and IoT to navigate this new reality. By converting raw data into actionable insights, Veris ensures a highly responsive and intuitive workplace environment, addressing the evolving needs of employees and clients.
In a world where over 82% of employees express a preference for remote jobs, the company tackles the challenges faced by businesses in fostering a ‘return to office’ and implementing hybrid working models. The lack of visibility into employee behavior and needs has left workplace managers grappling with Hybrid Hurdles and Real Estate Riddles.
