TLC is all set to introduce a new culinary series showcasing the best food Britain has to offer in ‘The Fabulous Baker Brothers: A Bite of Britain. The series featuring baker Tom Herbert and his chef brother Henry will take the boys on the road across Great Britain in search of the best of British producers. The new series will dispel the myth that British food isn’t the best in Europe and show viewers what they can achieve by cooking everything outdoors in fire pits, on BBQs and using camping stoves.
Equipped with their mobile kitchen, the duo will travel across Britain in their van to source and cook up the finest British grub– all set against a English backdrop from the lush Lake District to the picturesque Rye coast in East Sussex.

Each episode will explore local flavours, delicacies and settings. The Herberts will draw inspiration from each location they visit, handpicking ingredients and unearthing the culinary gems that make each place special. They will use these raw ingredients fresh from the ground, river or sea, and turn them into dishes, cooking everything from scratch outdoors. Whether it is salmon fresh from the River Severn or a fire pit-cooked roast boar, the pair will bring their unique twist to what’s on offer.
