Samsung is gearing up for the launch of its highly anticipated Galaxy S25 series, and we’ve now got a closer look at the specifications for all three models: the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra.

Samsung Galaxy S25 specifications
According to a report by Android Headlines, the standard Galaxy S25 will feature a 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, offering a Full HD+ resolution (2340 x 1080) with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. This flat panel promises vibrant colours and crisp details, ideal for everyday use and media consumption.
Under the hood, the device is powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset, likely an overclocked version of Qualcomm’s flagship SoC, paired with 12GB of RAM. Storage options will include 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB, but no microSD card expansion is expected.
The Galaxy S25 will be equipped with a 4,000mAh battery, supporting 25W wired fast charging. Wireless charging will also be available, though details on the exact specifications remain unclear.
On the camera front, the phone will feature a triple-camera setup, consisting of a 50MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultrawide lens, and a 10MP telephoto camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and 3x optical zoom. For selfies, a 12MP front-facing camera with an f/2.2 aperture will be provided.

The Galaxy S25+ is said to offer a larger 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, boasting a WQHD resolution (3120 x 1440) and a 120Hz refresh rate. Like the standard model, this display is flat, providing sharp visuals and vibrant colour reproduction.
This variant will also be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset and come with 12GB of RAM. Storage options will include 256GB and 512GB, but again, no microSD card slot is expected.
The Galaxy S25+ will be equipped with a larger 4,900mAh battery, supporting faster 45W wired and wireless charging. The camera setup mirrors the S25, with a 50MP main camera, 12MP ultrawide camera, and 10MP telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom. A 12MP front camera will be included for selfies.
The device will also run Android 15 and One UI 7, with dual SIM, eSIM, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity. The Galaxy S25+ measures 158.4 x 75.8 x 7.3mm and weighs 190 grams.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Specifications
The flagship model, Galaxy S25 Ultra, takes things up a notch with a massive 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, featuring a WQHD resolution (3120 x 1440) and a 120Hz refresh rate. This large, flat display will offer the highest level of detail and color accuracy.
The S25 Ultra is also powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset, coupled with 12GB of RAM, with storage options ranging from 256GB to 1TB. However, there is no option for expandable storage.
The Ultra model is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery, supporting 45W wired charging and wireless charging. The camera setup is where the S25 Ultra truly shines, with a 200MP primary camera, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom. Additionally, a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom will complete the quad-camera setup. For selfies, a 12MP front camera will be included.
Like its siblings, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature dual SIM support, eSIM, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, and will run Android 15 with One UI 7. The phone will measure 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2mm and weigh 218 grams.
