
Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has been launched in India today at a price of Rs 53,900 for 32GB model and Rs 59,900 for 64GB model. The Galaxy Note 5 is the fifth iteration in the Galaxy Note series. Samsung had announced Galaxy Note 5 alongside Galaxy S6 edge+ in New York.
Samsung Galaxy Note 5 features a 5.7-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display with a pixel density of 518ppi. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Exynos 7420 processor with 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM. On the camera front, Note 5 houses a 16MP OIS f1.9 rear camera along with a 5MP f1.9 front snapper. It comes with Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS/ A-GPS, and Micro-USB 2.0.
Samsung’s Galaxy Note series devices have been known for their removable battery and expandable storage options but Galaxy Note 5 drops microSD card slot and is backed by a non-removable 3,000 mAh battery. The Galaxy Note 5 supports wireless charging and quick charging technology.
Samsung Galaxy Note 5 smartphone features fingerprint scanner and will be available in Black Sapphire, Gold Platinum and Silver Titan colour variants from September 20.
