Salesforce, a global leader in CRM solutions launched its public sector division aimed at revolutionising government service delivery. The move is set to empower Indian government agencies and public sector organisations by leveraging Salesforce technology to enhance citizen experiences.
The public sector solutions offered by Salesforce are specifically designed to streamline digital service delivery through innovative applications built on its Einstein 1 Platform. These solutions enable government bodies to future-proof their IT investments with cutting-edge tools like AI, automation, and citizen developer capabilities.
The company has introduced Public Sector Einstein 1 for Service, a comprehensive suite integrating CRM functionalities, trusted AI, and robust data capabilities. This initiative is poised to automate administrative tasks, expedite service delivery, and ensure efficiency across various public sector operations.
Furthermore, Salesforce has rolled out its Digital Lending for India platform. This initiative aims to replace outdated, disconnected lending platforms with a unified, digital approach underpinned by Salesforce’s Financial Services Cloud platform. By integrating banking and customer data, Digital Lending for India aims to provide a seamless loan application process, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. Key features include pre-built journeys for application intake, an underwriter console for credit review, and India-specific integrations for Aadhaar authentication and KYC compliance. This platform not only accelerates loan processing but also ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, marking a significant advancement in India’s fintech landscape.
In addition to these innovations, Salesforce has released insights from an IDC study highlighting the profound economic impact of its AI-powered cloud solutions in India. According to the study, Salesforce and its ecosystem are projected to generate $88.6 billion in new revenue and create 1.8 million jobs from 2022 to 2028.
