The Redmi Turbo 4 just broke cover in China, per schedule, with top-notch specs and a killer price. The phone in question becomes the first smartphone to launch with the new MediaTek Dimensity 8400 “ultra” processor with a powerful “all big core CPU.” But wait, there’s more. The Turbo 4 has a massive 6550 mAh battery, too. You also get the latest Android 15 software and IP69 ingress rating in addition to IP66 and IP68.
Redmi Turbo 4: Price
The Redmi Turbo 4 comes in a choice of 12GB/256GB, 16GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB and 16GB/512GB for CNY 1999 (roughly Rs 23,500), CNY 2199 (roughly Rs 26,000), CNY 2299 (roughly Rs 27,000) and CNY 2499 (roughly Rs 29,500), respectively.

Spec-wise, the Turbo 4 has a 6.67-inch 1.5K resolution OLED display with a fast 120Hz refresh rate. The panel can peak 1400 nits in high brightness mode (HBM), Xiaomi claims. Under the hood, it has the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultra processor and a 6550 mAh battery with 90W fast wired charging. RAM is of the LPDDR4x type and storage is UFS4.0. Running the show is Android 15 based HyperOS 2.0. For photography, the Redmi Turbo 4 has a 50-megapixel Sony LYT600 primary sensor behind an optically stabilised lens joined to another 8MP ultrawide. The front camera is a 20MP.
Redmi Turbo 4: A Poco F7 Pro for global, Indian markets?
The Redmi Turbo 4 is expected to be rebranded as the Poco F7 Pro for global markets, India included. However, the global variant is getting a smaller 6000 mAh battery (the India-bound model keeps the 6550 mAh). Poco has also announced the Poco F7 Pro Iron Man edition for global, though there is no clarity on whether it will also launch in India at the time of writing.
