According to a report by 9to5 Mac, there’s a potential for Apple Intelligence—Apple’s own AI system—to integrate with ChatGPT based on the new GPT-5. Apple Intelligence is already out on iOS 18, macOS Sequoia, and visionOS 2.
This potential integration between Apple Intelligence and GPT-5 could give the iPhone a major advantage over competitors like Samsung’s Galaxy AI. When will the iPhone 17 series launch?
Apple is preparing for the launch of its flagship iPhone 17 series, which, consistent with the company’s long-standing tradition, is expected to take place in September. While Apple has yet to officially confirm the date, reports from Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman suggest the launch event could happen between September 9 or 10. The consistency with previous launches makes this a highly likely timeline.
In addition to the new iPhones, Apple’s September event is also expected to feature the unveiling of the Apple Watch Series 11, along with the Apple Watch Ultra 3, which is rumoured to have a bigger display than ever before.
