Reliance Jio has reduced the price of its JioCinema premium plan to as low as Re 1 per day for a monthly plan and less than Re 1 per day if you opt for the 12-month annual plan. The JioCinema premium plan is now available for just Rs 29 per month. Previously, the same plan cost Rs 99 per month. Likewise, the annual JioCinema Premium plan is available for Rs 299, down from Rs 999 earlier.

JioCinema Premium monthly plan price in India has been revamped to Rs 29. On its website, Jio says it’s a 51 percent discount, though the earlier price is quoted as Rs 59. Regardless, the new plan offers more benefits, in addition to costing less.
The updated subscription offers ad-free access to Hollywood movies, TV series, and children’s programming in 4K quality. Subscribers can enjoy content online and offline across any device (with the limit of one device per subscription), with support for five different languages. This aggressive pricing strategy aims to undercut competitors such as Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.
Additionally, JioCinema has introduced a “family plan” priced at Rs 89 per month. This plan includes all premium benefits and allows simultaneous streaming on up to four screens.
While sports content, including the Indian Premier League (IPL) matches, remains free under the platform’s ad-supported model, premium members gain exclusive access to a vast array of global series and movie premieres. JioCinema has secured strategic partnerships with major studios like Peacock, HBO, Paramount, and Warner Bros Discovery, providing access to high-profile titles such as “Game Of Thrones,” “House Of The Dragon,” “Oppenheimer,” “Barbie,” “Succession,” and “The Last of Us.” This content is available in multiple languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, and Marathi, for JioCinema premium users.

The JioCinema Premium annual plan has the same benefits as the monthly plan with extended validity of 12 months. The plan is available for Rs 299, which is down 50 percent, though once again the quoted price is Rs 599. The plan was previously available for Rs 999. Jio is yet to announce any family-tier for its JioCinema Premium plan.
