Reliance Jio’s wireless internet service dubbed Jio AirFiber finally rolls out today. AirFiber is now available in 8 major metropolitan cities including Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi.
“JioAirFiber provides an opportunity to TV or broadband users to upgrade to a world-class home entertainment, broadband and digital experience, delivered through one integrated service,” says company.
Jio’s optical fiber infrastructure, spanning a staggering 1.5 million kilometers across India, positions them in close proximity to over 200 million households.
Jio AirFiber plans start at Rs 599 and goes up till Rs 3999. There are two plans for Jio AirFiber subscribers to choose from- Jio AirFiber and Jio AirFiber Max.
Speaking at the launch of JioAirFiber, Akash Ambani, Chairman, Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, said, “Our extensive fiber-to-the-home service JioFiber, already serves over 10 million customers, with hundreds of thousands more getting connected each month. But there are still millions of homes and small businesses to be connected at a rapid pace.

JioAirFiber offers digital entertainment, access to over 550 leading digital TV channels in high-definition, catch-up TV, allowing users to retrieve their favourite shows and complimentary access to 16+ top-tier OTT apps across various devices, including TV, laptop, mobile, and tablet.JioAirFiber offers an array of plans to cater to diverse user needs, with JioAirFiber Max available in select areas. Jio informs that the existing JioFiber tariff plans remain unchanged.

- Contact Jio by giving a missed call to 60008-60008 on WhatsApp, visiting http://www.jio.com, or heading to your nearest Jio Store.
- Register for JioAirFiber services with a few straightforward steps.
- Jio will promptly reach out to you and prioritize connecting your home as soon as services are available in your building.
