Jio AirFiber: How to get a new connection
- Ensure that Jio AirFiber is available in your area first before proceeding. You can go look up the Jio website or MyJio app or even contact customer care support to be sure about that.
- If the connection is available in your area, you can start the booking process which goes as follows:
- Dial a missed call to 60008-60008.
- Visit the Jio website or use the My Jio app. Alternatively, you can visit your nearest Jio Store.
- Next you will need to register for Jio AirFiber.
- Provide the necessary information to complete the registration process. This includes personal details and location information.
- Jio will contact you once the service is available in your building or location.
- Upon confirmation, you will receive a Jio AirFiber package followed by a technician visit per your availability.
Jio AirFiber: Top plans
You can get two Jio AirFiber plans at the time of writing. These include AirFiber plans and AirFiber Max plans. The difference lies in data speeds.
AirFiber Plans: You can get the AirFiber Plans at three price points which includes Rs 599, Rs 899, and Rs 1199 per month. Each of the plans gets you Internet speed upto 100 Mbps. Subscribers can also get access to over 550 digital channels and 14 OTT apps (the package includes a 4K set-top-box).
AirFiber Max Plans: If you are looking for higher speeds, AirFiber Max plans can be your best option. The cost comes in at Rs 1499, Rs 2499, and Rs 3999 per month. You can get a superfast Internet speed up to 1Gbps. They also include access to over 550 digital channels and 14 OTT apps.
Jio AirFiber: Everything else to know
The Rs 1199 AirFiber plan offers you an added value with complimentary subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and JioCinema Premium. Additionally, the Jio AirFiber plans also include parental controls to manage and monitor Internet usage, Wi-Fi 6 support for improved wireless performance, and an integrated security firewall for enhanced online safety.
The AirFiber Max Plans can provide you with subscriptions of Netflix, Amazon Prime, and JioCinema Premium. However, the AirFiber Max plans are currently available in select areas.
