Apple is likely to host its yearly fall product unveiling in the second week of September 2025, where the spotlight is expected to be on the eagerly awaited iPhone 17. This year, Apple is expected to roll out an updated iPhone lineup that includes two all-new variants: the iPhone 17 Air, set to succeed the former iPhone 17 Plus, and the iPhone 17 Ultra, which will serve as the new iteration of the iPhone 17 Pro Max. Every model in the iPhone 17 lineup is expected to come equipped with Apple’s latest A19 processor, which is reportedly built on TSMC’s cutting-edge 3nm manufacturing technology. According to Bloomberg’s well-known tech reporter Mark Gurman, Apple’s upcoming launch event is expected to take place on either Tuesday, September 9, or Wednesday, September 10, aligning with the company’s traditional timing in the second week of September.

iPhone 17 Pro India price:

The forthcoming iPhone 17 is expected to launch at an estimated price of Rs 89,900. The newly introduced iPhone 17 Air might be priced close to Rs 99,900. As for the iPhone 17 Pro, it could hit the market at around Rs 1,39,900, while the high-end iPhone 17 Pro Max is projected to be available for approximately Rs 1,64,900.

iPhone 17 Pro design:

Apple is reportedly planning significant alterations to the build materials in the iPhone 17 series. Various sources indicate that the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max might transition back to aluminium frames, moving away from the titanium alloy bodies that debuted with the iPhone 15 Pro models.

iPhone 17 Pro chipset:

Challenging previous rumors that the standard iPhone 17 would continue using the existing A18 chip, analyst Jeff Pu now asserts that it will be equipped with the upgraded A19 processor. Both the iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Air are anticipated to run on the A19 chip, while the Pro and Ultra models could be powered by a more advanced A19 Pro version featuring enhanced GPU performance. Furthermore, the Pro variants are likely to incorporate faster LPDDR5X RAM, whereas the regular and Air editions might retain the current LPDDR5 memory.
