Apple is reportedly gearing up to launch its next-generation premium devices—the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max—this September. These high-end models are likely to arrive alongside the regular iPhone 17 and a fresh addition to the lineup called the iPhone 17 Air. The latest renders offer the clearest glimpse so far of the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max, showcasing a repositioned Apple logo and a revamped MagSafe magnetic ring layout.
Recent leaks indicate that the Apple logo is expected to shift its position, likely being centered within this new glass insert. As a result, the logo will sit lower on the back of the phone compared to its placement on previous models.
The upcoming iPhone 17 Pro devices are rumored to adopt an aluminum chassis that integrates a redesigned camera bump, drawing inspiration from the iPad Pro’s aesthetic. To maintain wireless charging capabilities, a section of glass will be embedded within the aluminum frame just beneath the camera module.
In addition, the iPhone 17 Pro Max may pack a significantly larger battery—potentially around 5,000mAh. This would surpass the iPhone 16 Pro Max, which currently holds the title for the largest battery in an iPhone at 4,676mAh.
Speculation has circulated for some time that the iPhone 17 Pro Max will feature a slightly bulkier build, and many anticipated that the added thickness would allow for a bigger battery. The latest leak appears to support that expectation.
iPhone 17 Pro price:
The iPhone 17 Pro Max is expected to carry a price tag of approximately Rs 1,64,990 in India, $2,300 in the United States, and AED 7,074 in Dubai. The iPhone 17 Pro, another premium model in the lineup, is anticipated to launch at around Rs 1,45,000 in India, priced at $1,199 in the U.S., and AED 4,403 in the UAE.
Meanwhile, the standard iPhone 17 is likely to be offered at Rs 89,900 for Indian buyers, with a U.S. price point of $899 and a cost of AED 3,301 in Dubai. Lastly, the newly introduced iPhone 17 Air is projected to be available for Rs 99,900 in India, $999 in the U.S., and AED 3,668 in Dubai.
