Apple last night released the iPhone 17 series devices to the global audience at the “Awe-dropping” event help in US. Although there were a lot of leaks and rumours about the iPhone 17 lineup’s prices being increased. Apple, however, has not increased it significantly. The portfolio of iPhone 17 series includes the standard iPhone 17, a thinner and more lightweight iPhone 17 Air, as well as the high-end iPhone 17 Pro and the flagship iPhone 17 Pro Max.
The pricing picture is somewhat different in India and the US, where local taxes and import duties play a significant role. The prices however, for India suggest a similar price point compared to last year, the iPhone 17 base starts at Rs 82,900 for the 256GB, with the new iPhone 17 Air coming in at around Rs 1,19,900. The flagship models are considerably more expensive, with the iPhone 17 Pro pinching users to cost Rs 1,34,900 and the iPhone 17 Pro Max at Rs 1,49,900. In the US, the prices are starting from $799 for the base iPhone 17 variant, iPhone 17 Air at $999, meanwhile the iPhone 17 Pro model at $1099 and the Pro Max model at $1199.
iPhone 17
The iPhone 17 is the entry-level model in the lineup, priced at Rs. 82,900 for the 256GB variant and Rs. 1,02,900 for 512GB. It offers solid performance and value for everyday users. Meanwhile in the US the iPhone 17 starts at $799 for the 256GB variant and goes up to $999 for 512GB. This base model now features a 120Hz ProMotion display and upgraded camera system
iPhone 17 Air
The iPhone 17 Air, Apple’s sleekest and lightest device yet, starts at Rs. 1,19,900 for 256GB. The 512GB version is Rs 1,39,900, while the 1TB model reaches Rs 1,59,900—ideal for those who prioritize portability and design. Meanwhile, the iPhone 17 Air, Apple’s thinnest phone to date, is priced at $999 for 256GB, $1,199 for 512GB, and $1,399 for 1TB.
iPhone 17 Pro
The iPhone 17 Pro caters to power users, beginning at Rs. 1,34,900 for 256GB. The top-end 2TB variant is priced at Rs. 2,29,900, offering pro-grade performance and camera capabilities. In the US however The iPhone 17 Pro begins at $1,099 for 256GB and climbs to $1,999 for the 2TB variant.
iPhone 17 Pro Max
The iPhone 17 Pro Max is the flagship beast, starting at Rs. 1,49,900. Like the Pro, its 2TB version also costs Rs. 2,29,900, combining cutting-edge features with maximum storage and screen real estate. In the US the iPhone 17 Pro Max is, starting at $1,199 for 256GB and reaching $1,999 for 2TB.
