In 2025, Apple removed nearly 25 products from its stores. These included iPhones, iPads, Macs, Apple Watches, and accessories. The company did not make a big announcement, but the changes happened slowly as older products were replaced by newer ones. This step shows Apple’s effort to keep its product lineup simple and updated.

Several iPhones Are No Longer Sold

One of the biggest changes was the end of the iPhone SE. With this, Apple no longer sells a small iPhone with a Home button or Touch ID. This also marks the end of the Lightning charging port on new iPhones.

Apple also stopped selling many older iPhone models, including devices from the iPhone 14, iPhone 15, and iPhone 16 Pro series. As new iPhones were launched, these models were removed to avoid confusion and overlap.

The company also moved away from Plus-sized iPhones. Apple now seems more interested in slimmer and lighter phones rather than bigger ones.

iPads and Apple Watches See Quiet Changes

The iPad lineup saw fewer changes, but some older models were removed after new versions were launched. These newer iPads offer better speed and performance, even though their design remains similar.

Several Apple Watch models were also discontinued. Older versions of the standard Watch, Watch SE, and Watch Ultra were removed once new models arrived. This helps Apple keep its smartwatch range focused on the latest features.

MacBooks and Accessories Also Removed

Apple discontinued some MacBook Air models that used older chips. A few MacBook Pro and Mac Studio models were also taken off sale. Apple is clearly pushing newer processors and better performance across its computers.

Accessories were also affected. Some AirPods models and older cables were discontinued as Apple continued switching fully to USB-C.

Apple Focuses on Newer Technology

By discontinuing these products, Apple is making room for newer devices with better performance and modern designs. While some popular products are now gone, this move helps Apple focus on future technology and a more streamlined product lineup.
