HTech launched the highly anticipated Honor 200 series in India today. Featuring the Honor 200 5G and Honor 200 Pro 5G, this new series promises to deliver top-tier performance and innovative features including top-notch portrait photography capabilities, marking a significant milestone for the brand.
The Honor 200 5G comes equipped with a 6.7-inch full-HD+ OLED curved display, boasting a 120Hz refresh rate and an impressive 4,000 nits peak brightness. Its Pro counterpart, the Honor 200 Pro 5G, features a slightly larger 6.78-inch screen. Under the hood, the Honor 200 5G is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, while the Pro variant is equipped with the more powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset.
In terms of camera capabilities, both phones are equipped with a 50-megapixel primary rear camera, complemented by a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 50-megapixel telephoto shooter. The vanilla model sports a Sony IMX906 main sensor, while the Pro model features an H9000 primary sensor. On the front, both devices include 50-megapixel selfie cameras, with the Pro variant also offering an additional 3D depth camera for enhanced portrait photography.
The Honor 200 series introduces the industry’s first intent-based UI with MagicOS 8.0, powered by Android 14, HTech claims. This new UI features flagship-level AI-powered smart functionalities, including the AI large language model, MagicLM, and innovative capabilities such as Magic Capsule, Magic Portal, and Magic Ring. These features are designed to boost productivity and enhance the overall user experience. Additionally, the Magic Anywhere Door feature simplifies operations with intuitive drag-and-drop functionality, and the 3-Finger Swipe feature allows users to initiate global searches across smartphone, laptop, and tablet screens with a simple downward swipe.
Both handsets in the Honor 200 series are backed by a robust 5,200mAh battery, supporting 100W fast charging. The Honor 200 Pro 5G also offers 66W wireless charging and reverse wireless charging.

The Honor 200 Pro 5G will be available in two colours, Ocean Cyan and Black, priced at Rs 57,999 (12GB/512GB). It will go on sale starting at midnight on July 20 across Amazon, the brand’s website explorehonor.com, and mainline stores.
