Dyson is expanding its product portfolio with the launch of Dyson Zone in India. Better known for producing vacuum cleaners and air purifiers, the company has entered the Indian headphones market with an extra feature on top that makes it over-the-ear headphones with air purifiers. The newly launched pair of headphones comes with a detachable visor—used for air purification.
The pricing of Dyson Zone may remind you of Apple’s AirPods Max. However, it takes on AirPods Max with its air purification feature.
Dyson Zone, Dyson Zone Absolute+: Price, availability
Dyson Zone comes at Rs 59,900 in India. It comes in two models, and the upper variant Dyson Zone Absolute+ comes at Rs 64,900. Both Dyson Zone and Dyson Zone Absolute+ come with electrostatic carbon filters, a Visor Cleaning brush, a USB-C charging cable and a Visor Sleeve. Dyson Zone Absolute+ comes with one more advantage: it has two carbon filters. It will be soon available to purchase via Dyson’s official website and Dyson stores.
Dyson Zone and Dyson Zone Absolute+ get over 11 mics
Both Dyson Zone headphones come with plenty of features. The standard and premium, both, variants get 11 microphones out of which 8 mics support adaptive noise cancellation. There are also touch and voice control features including hands-free calling, voice assistant support, and more.
The pair of headphones promises up to 50 hours of battery with ANC turned on; and up to 4 hours purification. Dyson Zone box packs two Electrostatic Carbon Filters, Explorer Case, Quarter turn hard case, USB-C cable, visor cleaning brush, and visor sleeve. Meanwhile, its upper variant Dyson Zone Absolute+ packs Soft Puch instead of Quarter turn hard case, and two additional Electrostatic Carbon Filter. The rest items in both the products remain the same.
