Speaking to FE, Rajpurohit said that the OS on set-top boxes will be utilised by leading internet service providers, direct-to-home (DTH) operators, and multi-system operator (MSO) companies.
“In the first quarter of 2025, you will see several brands launching set-top boxes powered by CloudTV OS,” Rajpurohit said.
CloudWalker, the technology company behind CloudTV OS, was founded in 2017 and specialises in developing operating systems for smart TVs. “We make the entire software that is inside a smart TV, enabling users to access OTT apps and channels from the internet seamlessly,” Rajpurohit added.

“We work with around 20-25 factories in India, along with international factories, to integrate our software with their products, aligning with the requirements of Indian brands,” Rajpurohit said.
