OpenAI’s much-anticipated developer conference is just around the corner, and it appears a major ChatGPT update may be on the cards. The Decoder reported that leaked screenshots and videos have unveiled a custom chatbot creator that controls the power of GPT-4.
This advanced chatbot creator comes with some features that have already made ChatGPT so popular, such as web browsing and data analysis. In addition to these features, it seems OpenAI will introduce a marketplace where users can share their chatbots or explore those crafted by others.

Recently, a user known as Choi shared a summary of the rumoured updates, and, Tibor Blaho, an SEO tools developer, unveiled a video showcasing the user interface. The video highlighted a feature called GPT Builder, enabling users to input prompts, such as “create a creative who helps generate visuals for new products,” to generate chatbots tailored to specific tasks.
Within the GPT Builder, users can navigate through tabs like “Create,” which allows them to select a default language, tone, and writing style for their chatbot. The “Configure” tab offers fields for naming, describing, and instructing the bot, along with the option to upload files for customised knowledgebase and toggle capabilities like web browsing and image generation. A “Preview panel” alongside the configuration options permits users to test the chatbot as they make edits.
Additionally, alongside the introduction of the GPT Builder, Choi’s leaks suggest that OpenAI is planning to launch an enterprise-level “Team” subscription plan, offering both “Flexible” and “Annual” options. The Team plan comes with features like unlimited high-speed GPT-4 and four times longer context and it is rumoured to be priced at $25 per month.
