His story, detailed in a video posted on July 12, 2025, details his virtual AI coach “Arthur.” In the video, he has shown how Arthur helped with a disciplined process of meal planning, tailored workouts, and consistent daily guidance. What began as a digital experiment with the OpenAI chatbot evolved into a radical health transformation, with him stating that the system helped him “rebuild his health and his life.”
ChatGPT becomes strict health trainer
Rather than using ChatGPT for simple, one-off queries, the YouTuber integrated it deeply into his daily routine. The Arthur AI coach managed everything – from structuring meals and planning workouts to even assisting with his creative workflow.
He recounted how his weekends, which were once filled with “fast food indulgences—burgers, fries, beer—leading to guilt and setbacks,” were gradually replaced with healthier habits. This shift was driven by ChatGPT’s “daily check-ins, tailored exercise prompts, and AI-generated strategies like post-meal walks and craving substitutions.”
His AI-assisted meal plan included balanced daily meals such as scrambled eggs with Parmesan and toast for breakfast, rice and refried beans for lunch, and baked chicken with sweet kumara, grilled capsicum, and courgettes, finished with Greek yogurt for dinner. This meticulous planning ensured “both nutrition and satiety without guesswork.”
“The goal wasn’t to be perfect. It was to be consistent,” he clarified, an idea that was reinforced by Arthur. It was this consistency that helped him adhere to his routine even on challenging days. It also helped him foster long-term healthy habits.
Other than the massive weight loss of 27 kg, the YouTube creator reported significant improvements in his energy levels, mood, and focus. ChatGPT functioned as more than just an instructor – it became a genuine support system for him. By minimising mental clutter, the chatbot gave him space to be “more present, creative, and resilient.”
“Letting AI run my life didn’t make me perfect. But it made me consistent,” he concluded.
