Bhagwati Products Limited (BPL), a joint venture between Micromax Informatics and China’s Huaqin Technology, has reported a tenfold year-on-year revenue growth, reaching Rs 6,200 crore in FY 2024–25, according to an official press release.
To build on this momentum, the company has announced a Rs 500 crore investment aimed at strengthening its design and manufacturing capabilities across its facilities in Greater Noida, Hyderabad, Bhiwadi, and Rudrapur. BPL serves as a key manufacturing partner for major global brands such as OPPO, Vivo and Acer. The company also produces chipsets for MiPhi Semiconductors, a collaborative venture between Micromax and Taiwan’s Phison Electronics, the release mentioned.
BPL’s innovative “3+N+3″ smart hardware platform demonstrates its strategic vision, focusing on three core segments (smartphones, laptops and data center services), diverse electronics (N), and three future growth areas (robotics, software and automotive electronics),” as per the press release.

The 2024 joint venture with Huaqin Technology has been instrumental in combining cutting-edge design capabilities with BPL’s manufacturing expertise.
