Diljit Dosanjh’s Instagram is a treasure trove of everything one can think of when one thinks of a good life. Travels to beautiful locations, private jet rides, desi khaana and videsi twists, it has everything. The actor-singer recently treated fans to a mouth-watering sneak peek into his daily meals with a video on Instagram. In the video, he takes his fans on a complete food journey from morning till afternoon.
What Diljit Dosanjh eats in a day
The video begins with Dosanjh humorously saying, “Today we are making green grass juice,” as he blends neem leaves, turmeric, and water into a bold morning concoction.
This was followed by a hearty breakfast. Dosanjh treated himself to a perfectly arranged spread featuring a bowl of dahlia (cracked wheat), which he topped with protein powder, pomegranate seeds, and sunflower seeds. The plate also included golden omelettes, an assorted plate of fruits with watermelon, avocado, kiwi, and blueberries, as well as grilled avocado toast and two glasses of fresh orange juice.
Later in the video, Dosanjh boards a private jet for work, but before that, it’s lunch time! His mid-day meal featured creamy pasta salad with vegetables, roasted tangdi kebabs, crispy chapli kebabs, and grilled sandwiches generously lathered with mayonnaise. To finish it off, he enjoyed a chocolate nankhatai topped with cashews and a glass of watermelon juice.

Diljit Dosanjh work front
On his work front, Diljit Dosanjh recently found himself embroiled in controversy after the release of his film, Sardaar Ji 3, in Pakistan. The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) opposed his casting in the upcoming project, Border 2. In a formal letter addressed to T-Series head Bhushan Kumar, filmmaker JP Dutta, producer Nidhi Dutta, and director Anurag Singh, the organisation expressed strong disapproval over Dosanjh being cast in the film. The letter stated that FWICE was “deeply disappointed” with the decision to include the actor in the sequel.
