Nestled close to the homes of legendary actor Rajinikanth and the late Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa, the property stands as a landmark itself. According to a Hindustan Times, the estimated value of the home is Rs 150 crore. Poes Garden, often compared to London’s Mayfair, is known for its exclusivity, upscale neighbourhood and political as well as cinematic significance.
Dhanush’s net worth
Known for his consistent box office appeal and versatile performances, Dhanush has built an impressive net worth over the years. As per India Today, Dhanush charges between Rs 20 crore and Rs 35 crore per film. When he made his Hollywood debut in The Gray Man, Man’s World India reported that he took home approximately Rs 4 crore for the role.
