Bollywood actor Salman Khan is all set to build a Rs 10,000 crore integrated township spread across 500 acres in Telangana – blending luxury, entertainment, sports and more and aiming to become the next big tourism destination. Salman Khan Ventures Private Limited (SKV) announced the ambitious plan that will give a huge boost to Telangana’s tourism industry and create thousands of jobs.
The announcement came after the company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Telangana government, that green-lighted the mega project that combines creativity with extensive infrastructure planning.

A self-contained world on its own, the sprawling integrated township encompasses everything that one can think of. One of the most prominent part of the project would be the world-class film studio designed for feature films, OTT productions and big scale cinema. From post production, VFX, to talent development programme, it will have everything. This would also make Telangana a major film hub, given such a massive set-up.
Adding to the lavish scale of the project would be premium residences, mixed use commercial zones, luxury hotels, high street retail and entertainment spaces.
The luxury quotient would be enhanced by a championship golf course, a race course, nature trails and shooting ranges, lending serenity and comfort to the luxe space.
This project was given go ahead at the two-day Telangana Rising Global Summit which concluded on Tuesday, and witnessed investment deals of ₹5.39 trillion.
Telangana CM reaction on the project
Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has welcomed the investment, hailing it as a milestone for the state’s creative sector. The government promises full support with approvals, land structuring and connectivity.

On work front, Salman Khan has just wrapped up the latest season of Bigg Boss and is currently working on Apoorva Lakhia’s Battle of Galwan, starring Chitrangda Singh. The actor has underwent an extensive physical transformation for the role.
