Ramzan 2024 Health Benefits of Fasting: Eid al-Fitr will be observed on April 22 or 23 this year. The holy month of Ramzan is likely to embark on March 22 and will go on till 21st April. As per Islamic calendar, Ramzan is the ninth month and Muslims observe fast during this period. It is believed to be the time of self development  and divine reflection.
