TIME magazine has officially revealed the 2025 edition of the TIME100, its annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world. This year’s list celebrates a wide spectrum of global figures from politics, entertainment, science, and business, each recognised for their significant impact and contributions over the past year. However, no Indian names feature on the list this year.
Among the world leaders and political heavyweights included on this year’s list are US President Donald Trump, Elon Musk and Mexican presidential front-runner Claudia Sheinbaum. Other global power players featured include JD Vance, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Keir Starmer, Javier Milei, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus and Friedrich Merz.

The 2025 issue is released with five international covers, each spotlighting a standout honoree –

- Snoop Dogg, legendary artist and entrepreneur
- Serena Williams, former tennis champion turned business mogul

Rising international leaders like Duma Boko, Teresa Ribera, Ahmed al-Sharaa and Lee Jae-myung are also recognised for their influence in shaping geopolitics and policy.

The 2025 list also reflects the ongoing dominance of entertainment and pop culture, with more than a dozen celebrated artists earning a place. These include: Scarlett Johansson, Kristen Bell, Adrien Brody, Blake Lively, Rosé (of BLACKPINK), Nicole Scherzinger, Jon M. Chu, Danielle Deadwyler, Lorne Michaels, Kristen Wiig, Adam Scott, and rising talents like Myles Smith and Hozier. The list also honors international cinema figures like Diego Luna, Daniel Dae Kim, Hiroyuki Sanada and Iranian filmmaker Mohammad Rasoulof.
