Kamal Haasan has been associated with show business since he was a child and has proved his mettle as one of the most versatile and successful actors of all time. Haasan’s breakthrough as a protagonist in the 1975 drama Apoorva Raagangal, directed by K. Balachander. Kamal Haasan not only has a mansion in Chennai, but he also recently lavished money on remodelling his opulent residence. The size of the donation is unknown, but the whole family was spotted on the property partaking in a sentimental family reunion of sorts. It’s interesting to note that Kamal Haasan recently informed the government that he has immovable assets (properties) totaling a huge Rs 131 crore, including Rs 17 crore worth of agricultural land, according to reports.

Kamal Haasan’s real estate holdings in Chennai include two apartments in residential societies. These properties are priced at a total of Rs 19.5 crore in South India. All of Kamal Haasan’s holdings in Chennai, including his commercial buildings and other real estate, are worth a total of Rs 92.5 crore, as per GQ reports.

In addition to having properties throughout the nation, Haasan also has a property registered in the UK. Haasan and his family want to invest in a property in London because they frequently visit. The News Minute reports that Haasan made a similar submission to the government stating that he invested Rs 2.5 billion in the London house.

Haasan owns a range of swanky cars, a BMW 730LD and a Lexus Lx 570 which have a combined value of whopping Rs 3.69 crore.

The 65-year-old makes an estimated 34 crore rupees per year. He is now filming Indian 2, a follow-up to the first Indian from 1996. This could be his final performance as an actor, as per Forbes. Haasan, an actor who has won three National Awards, is renowned for his experimental filmmaking and has produced films in five different languages. His net worth as per GQ reports, is Rs 177 crore.
