Bollywood actor Jaideep Ahlawat and his wife Jyoti Hooda have made a second high-value real estate investment in Mumbai within two months. The couple has acquired a second luxury apartment in Poorna Apartments, a premium residential complex located in Andheri West, for Rs 10 crore, according to property registration records accessed via the Maharashtra government’s IGR (Inspector General of Registration) portal.
The purchase, registered in June 2025, follows their first acquisition in the same building in May, also valued at Rs 10 crore. Both properties are situated on different floors and share nearly identical layouts and specifications.
As per property documents reviewed by real estate platform Square Yards, the newly acquired apartment offers a carpet area of 1,950 sq. ft. (approximately 181 sq. m.) and a built-up area of 2,341 sq. ft. (around 217.47 sq. m.). The deal includes two car parking spaces. The couple paid Rs 60 lakh in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 in registration charges for the transaction.
The apartment bought in May is also valued at Rs 10 crore. It features the same carpet and built-up area but came with four car parking spots. Like the second deal, it also came with Rs 60 lakh in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 in registration fees.
Coming to the location, Andheri West continues to rank among Mumbai’s most sought-after neighborhoods, especially for those in the entertainment industry. Strategically located with excellent connectivity via the Western Express Highway, Link Road, SV Road, and the Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar Metro Line, the area offers a blend of residential comfort and commercial convenience. Its proximity to production houses, film studios, and corporate hubs, alongside luxury housing, co-working spaces, high-end retail, and entertainment venues, has made it a favorite among Bollywood celebrities, professionals, and investors alike.
On the work front, Jaideep Ahlawat earned critical acclaim for his performances in Raees (2017) and Raazi (2018), but it was his role in the Amazon Prime Video series Paatal Lok (2020) that truly brought him into the spotlight. Most recently, Ahlawat starred opposite Saif Ali Khan in Netflix’s Jewel Thief (2025).
