Perkins & Will, founded in 1935 by Lawrence Perkins and Philip Will Jr., is known for its interdisciplinary approach to design. Now part of the Dar Al-Handasah group, the firm has brought global design excellence to the Ambani residence. The construction was entrusted to Leighton Asia, a major player in Asia-Pacific infrastructure projects and a subsidiary of Australia’s CIMIC Group. Leighton Asia has worked with Reliance Industries on several other key projects, including the prestigious K-12 International School.
Adding a personal touch of elegance to Antilia’s interiors, renowned designer Gauri Khan lent her creative expertise to a sophisticated bar lounge within the residence in 2019. Known for her refined aesthetic, soft pastel tones, and intricate lotus motifs, Khan infused subtle glamour into the space. Her design achievements have earned her a place on Fortune India’s 50 Most Powerful Women list in 2018.
