For those who don’t know, there are two stars in Farah Khan’s house. Farah herself, of course. And her cook, Dilip, who is an internet sensation. For the latest episode on her cooking vlog, Farah Khan visited actors Huma Qureshi and Saqib Saleem’s house. That is when the director revealed her cook Dilip has bungalow in his village in Bihar.

Farah hilariously pointed out to her cook that Huma’s house doesn’t have AC in the kitchen. “Bhai Dilip, inke kitchen mein AC nahi hai!” she quipped, to which Huma playfully replied, “Kyunki hum gareeb hai.”
Dilip added with a chuckle, “No, ma’am and I are gareeb,” to which Saqib teased him, saying, “Sabse zyada ameer toh aap hi ho. I have heard you’ve built a three-storey building with a private pool in your village!”
A visibly surprised Huma asked, “Wait, three storeys and a pool? In the village?” Farah confirmed, “Yes, the construction is on hold because they are waiting for marble for the flooring!”
Huma’s mother, Ameena Qureshi, also praised Dilip’s dedication as a father. “I’m so happy he is educating all his children, and that too in an English medium school. I was really impressed when I met them,” she said.
A look at Dilip’s home
Dilip is an internet star on Farah’s YouTube channel, which boasts over 1.5 million subscribers. In a recent vlog, Dilip travelled to Darbhanga, Bihar, for his sister-in-law’s wedding. In that video, viewers and fans got a glimpse into his personal life, including footage of his three-storey home which is under construction. While showing the house, Dilip mentioned that although the windows were still makeshift, covered with fabric, his wife, children, and parents had already moved in.
He told viewers, “Mera (ghar) thorra jaldi bananeka hain. Abhi swimming pool to baaki hain hai.”. He also shared that it was Farah who made sure that his children go to an English-medium school.
Farah, who successfully runs her Youtube channel now, features Dilip in hevery episode. In a previous conversation with television actor Karan Wahi, she revealed, “Dilip too has a three-storey bungalow in Bihar. It has six bedrooms in it.”
