Bollywood stars are no strangers to splurging on plush properties and high-end residential projects, but not everyone prefers to buy. Some opt for rented apartments, like actor-siblings Huma Qureshi and Saqib Saleem, who have rented out a luxurious bungalow in Mumbai’s Juhu.
The lavish house got featured on filmmaker-choreographer Farah Khan’s YouTube channel, where viewers got a house tour of the siblings’ sprawling bungalow. The 3,370 sq ft residence is leased for Rs 10 lakh a month (Yes!), according to property documents reviewed by IndexTap. Farah declared it the “best home in whole of Mumbai.”
Rent details of Huma Qureshi’s Mumbai home
Situated within the upscale Equest Condominium on Juhu Tara Road, the property extends over 3,370 square feet, with an additional basement covering 2,654 square feet. It includes parking for four vehicles, manicured gardens, and a a beautiful swimming pool. The ground floor is over 1,245 square feet, the first floor measures 1,011 square feet, and the terrace spans 1,112 square feet. The home is leased from Impact Films Pvt Ltd, who is the registered owner.
The rental agreement, signed on February 25, 2025, is for five years starting March 20, 2025, and includes a 48-month lock-in period. The rent will increase by 10% after three years. A stamp duty of Rs 1.60 lakh and a security deposit of Rs 30 lakh was also paid for the house.

The residence has distinct zones, including a welcoming waiting room, a generous main hall, and an inviting poolside. An excited and amazed Farah exclaimed, “You would have never seen such a big bungalow in Mumbai.” The waiting area itself can be passed for a lounge area, it’s that big.
The main hall serves as the family’s gathering spot, ideal for coffee sessions and conversations. Beige sofas, statement lighting, and wide glass doors open onto lush greenery, adding definition to the space. The dining room features mirrored accents which are believed to “double the abundance”, as Farah noted. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.
Interiors and the poolside
The interiors is a fusion of sleek modernity with personal warmth, with a lot of art and curated decor. Carefully chosen mirrors, striking paintings, and airy layouts create a private retreat for the siblings.
The expansive swimming pool is a major attraction of the house, almost making it look like a resort.

Art plays a huge role in Huma Qureshi’s house. Among the standout pieces is a Japanese creation fashioned from actual mud and clay, infusing earthy texture into the design. Other works include a Subodh Kekar piece from the Museum of Goa and a Ramesh Kaurani painting. each reflecting a refined, worldly taste.
