According to a report by GQ India, the villa is tucked away near the village of Moira, with tranquil surroundings and lush greenery. The property is part of the couple’s impressive real estate portfolio, which also includes their Mumbai home, Shiv Shakti, reportedly valued at Rs 60 crore, and a private residence in London.

Villa Eterna combines old-world charm with modern amenities. The structure, built in a Portuguese architectural style, is built around a private swimming pool, with the home’s layout designed to wrap around it. There is also a stylish gazebo overlooking the pool.
The villa is surrounded by well-manicured lawns, tall tropical trees, and a restored 100-year-old well. A patio adjacent to the pool opens into a lush garden, ensuring complete privacy and a peaceful atmosphere for guests.

The interiors have five distinct bedrooms, each designed with its own unique style. Warm wooden furnishings, cozy seating arrangements, and large windows offering views of the pool or lawn add to the sense of comfort inside the house.
There is a spacious dining area on the ground floor featuring crockery and décor personally selected by Ajay and Kajol. The exterior façade is just as inviting, complete with a water wall fountain that adds to the villa’s tranquil, beach resort vibe.
Guests are also treated with an in-house chef, who can prepare multi-cuisine meals on request. The interiors are further enhanced by handpicked chandeliers, curated artwork, and a private elevator that leads to the upper level.
One of the standout features upstairs is a wall dedicated to Ajay and Kajol’s film careers, adorned with photographs from their films, adding a personal touch to the space.

Villa Eterna includes an outdoor lounge area, surrounded by trees and a comfortable seating space. This section of the property also features a well-stocked bar, making it an ideal spot to relax post-dinner or host intimate outdoor gatherings.

Managed by the Taj Group, the villa is available for private rental. While the listed rate begins at Rs 75,000 per night for a group of up to 12 adults, GQ India notes that the actual cost typically ranges between Rs 1.10 lakh and Rs 1.30 lakh per night, excluding taxes and additional charges.
