Anand’s father Harish Ahuja acquired a remarkable eight-storey residence near Kensington Gardens in London for £21 million (approximately Rs 231 crore). The building, formerly a convent, spans across 20,000 square feet and was purchased in July 2024 in what became one of the UK’s biggest residential transactions of the year. According to UK filings and a report from Bloomberg, the property will undergo redevelopment with a dual purpose — luxury flats are expected to be created from part of the structure, while another section will remain as the private residence of Sonam and Anand.
